Windows 11 Framework Laptop 16, AMD 7040 Series
Hi, I just got my FW16 and am very new to this sort of self computer maintinence. I am having an issue with the USBA module in relation to my Logi G305 Lightspeed mouse (the kind with the USBA dongle for connecting with bluetooth). The computer is showing a port reset error, and it does not seem to be recognizing the specific mouse as the Logi software is not picking up the mouse being connected at all, also the bluetooth connection page in settings is showing this:
Ive seen similar issues around the forum but Im not sure if any of the solutions could apply to this and am unfamiliar with how to fix issues like this on my own. can someone with more experience than me assist?
