Do we know if there will be a gaming version of the framework with dedicated graphics?

In short, no. The team is currently focused on a good rollout of their first laptop model. All information regarding future variants is pure speculation at this point. If there is something in the works, the team will likely be keeping quiet about it for a long while.
I would encourage you to read through some of the other relevant threads (you can search for keyword gaming up top) for both speculation on gaming laptop features, and information on how gaming goes on the existing model.

I wish. The laptop already has some thermal issues the creators are still working on. If we add a 35 watt GPU, then that more than doubles the thermal output. They need a complete thermal overhaul to make it possible. We’ll have to wait and see.
