I think this is a wider Linux issue. Seems to happen when the CPU is running high. Happens both on my custom desktop computer and laptop sometimes.
What mainboard are you running though? It’s a realtime audio issue basically.
Maybe you are replying to tripplehelix? A 7840U, but I now have no problems. The issue I was describing was a problem with the monitor being selected for a few plugins. Which I think is unrelated. Once I disabled the monitor on those effects, everything went back to normal.
Hi there, I know this thread is ancient, but recently I’ve been using way more the built-in speakers, so I thought I’d try to improve the quality (as I listen mainly to classical music).
I use Linux, so the EasyEffects presets are the go-to solution for me, however, as I own the louder speakers (the 80dB kit, released later than the original speakers), I’m curious if there are any EasyEffects presets adapted to those?
Is the improvement equally beneficial for both types of speakers?
If not, where could I find presets for the 80dB ones, if that exists?
Has anyone made a profile for the Framework 12?
would gladly accept one to make it, lol
