Hey! I’ve been trying to return an item, but unfortunately, I keep getting emails stating that the return process has been initiated and:
To ship your item back to us, please be on the look out for a separate email with the return instructions and/or return label.
But I never got that email with the label. I already checked my spam, just in case. Does anyone have the European address so I can send the item back? I usually wouldn’t mind the wait, but I’m going on holiday in two days, and I wasn’t expecting the return process back and forth to be so slow.
Hmm, it’s been some hours since your post, and you mention only having 2 days. I don’t know any European address or anything else to directly help, but I’d suggest perhaps changing your thread title to say that you seem to be not receiving the email with the Euro return address and / or a more direct question in the hopes of catching the eye of someone who can help or with an answer.
If you have the option to edit the thread title then a pencil icon shows next to the title which you can click.
If you like to change it, but you do not seem to have the option to edit your title, perhaps due to being a brand-new user & your first post, then I could do it for you if you let me know the title you’d like. (I have the option to change the title only due to having a higher than is common forum “Trust Level”)
