# HDMI Ports Not Working - Framework 13

I have been having trouble with my HDMI ports ever since I updated to BIOS 3.20 on my standalone 11th gen Framework 13 mainboard. Even before I updated I would sometimes have to unplug and plug my HDMI card back in to get a video signal after waking the machine up from sleep. But now I am unable to get HDMI display from any of the four ports. Windows and Intel display settings don’t detect an external display connected to my HDMI port at all.

Troubleshooting steps I have tried:

- Un installing current graphics drivers and re installing the Framework driver bundle
- Installing the Intel driver helper and updating all drivers
- Moving the HDMI card to all four slots
- Using a different HDMI card, cord, and monitor

My last resort is re installing Windows, but I figured I’d see if anyone else has solved this issue before going that far.

can you run lspci, or similar?
