Help to verify or update visually impaired BIOS info please

I am now running BIOS 3.0.5 on my Framework 16 (Ryzen 7040 series).
My accessibility guide provides BIOS navigation instructions for blind users, but it only covers BIOS versions 3.0.3 and 3.0.4.
I specifically need to adjust the battery charge limit, although a more general walkthrough of the BIOS menus would also be extremely helpful if anyone has a few minutes to spare.
One interesting difference between BIOS 3.0.3 and 3.0.4 was that, in some menus, the cursor initially landed on the first option in the list rather than above the list. That small change makes a significant difference when navigating non-visually, as the number of Down Arrow presses needed to reach each option changes.
If anyone with BIOS 3.0.5 would be willing to describe how the menus are laid out, or confirm whether the cursor behaviour has changed again, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you!

Apologies is this is too tangential: Would the Be My Eyes app (Android, iOS) be useful here? I’ve had the pleasure of helping several folks there with various tasks that ranged from “tech configuration” to sorting laundry or groceries, and it seemed to work well in every case.
