My credit card got charged a week ago, but the order didn‘t change. It‘s still „Pre order placed“ (13 pro, charge 3). Is this normal? I‘d expect some update after charging my card.

I’m in the same charge, my card was charged last Monday and got a shipping notification an hour ago.
I think the best is to wait for another day or two and contact support if yours didn’t ship until then.
