I used to be able to see through rEFind both disks: the original and the clone, but now I only see the external disk. Both in the rEFind options at startup and in the BIOS boot options.
And when I try to boot a system on the external disk, it’s possible only with the Fedora OS partition. When I try to start on the Debian OS partition, it stalls during the start-up with a blinking light on the keyboard.
Do you know what I should do to make this Debian partition functional again?
