I’ll give some feedback. I’m no expert, these are just some thoughts.
First, I don’t know if there’s a single person who pays as much attention as they probably should while driving, 100% of the time. But even still, I recommend refraining from recording while driving. It didn’t look like you were holding the camera, but still, you’re going to be at least slightly focusing on the camera and what you’re going to say. Just a thought.
As for the rest of it, I’d say just do what feels comfortable and enjoyable. If there’s a specific style YOU like doing, you enjoy putting together, and you are proud of when you are done, go with that. And I’m sure it will evolve over time as you get more comfortable and settle into what works for you. Then it will change as you start to get bored and mix it up, lol. Not every video style, script style, and voice delivery style will please everyone. Do what you enjoy, find your niche, and your audience will find you.
