Hi, I’m Brazilian and Google tells me Framework do not deliver in my country directly so… I wanna know how to order a notebook from them if anyone here can help me 'cause I neve bought anything outside the country…It’d be the first time…

If Framework does not deliver to your country, then you can not order a new Framework laptop directly from Framework at this time. They aren’t approved yet to sell to your country.
You can register to be notified when availability opens up. frame.work/locale/edit, select your country there & the option will appear.
Alternatively you can buy a used Framework on the secondary market. Ebay, and reddit.com/r/FrameworkMarket, are a couple options.

I’m also Brazilian, it would be so helpful if framework sold on Amazon, Aliexpress or Shopee, platforms that already help in terms of taxes and all. Ebay is very sketchy here, lots of scammers. Selling directly on the official website and sending here would be the perfect option.
Even without official support, just sell and add a disclaimer about the taxes and that is it (amazon already deals automatically with the taxes the best way here).
The government here applies taxes for the products, a high chance for us to pay double basically, but we are already used to it here. Once something is sent here and we get the correios code of tracking, and the purchase is registered, by the seller or ourselves, they evaluate the value, put the taxes and once it’s paid we receive it at home.
IDK about the others, but Amazon collects an absurd fee from the seller for the privilege of selling on Amazon. (10% is about as small as it gets but it can also be much more.) I get why Framework wouldn’t want to play ball with that.
eBay’s not perfect but they do have enough scam-protection in place that I would probably trust them above some random reshipper or someone from Reddit. If Brazilian eBay is worse for scams you could browse for sellers elsewhere, and then just ship to Brazil… in US eBay they usually police the scams at least to a certain extent. It is generally trustworthy if it’s from an established seller.

10 years ago I purchased a couple of things on Ebay here, all went well, but then the service got worse, probably due to our laws making things more difficult for them (like 4 months to deliver certain packages), some other services locally got better, and Ebay lost space.
Ebay’s service is kind of bad here. We have different laws and regulations that eBay doesn’t follow very well. There’s a reason they ship here but people don’t use it that much. Amazon has an official and stronger presence here. Maybe if Framework had an official store on eBay, it could become an option, but I don’t know if that would create any legal issues for them.
The major platforms here are Amazon, Shopee, Mercado Libre (here we call it Mercado Livre), Magalu (one of our national retailers), and some others.
From the biggest ones maybe Shopee might be the one with the smallest fee to sell here, and Mercado Livre with the highest.
Ironically Amazon don’t sell that well on the Amazon region (the only one in blue with Bemol on the map below).
The map below is from last year and shows the dominant e-commerce platforms per region (they all sell on all regions, this just shows where they are dominant).
We have more stricter consumer protection laws here, more similar to the EU than the US, so maybe using one of these platforms could help the brand enter our market. The downside is that the government may charge up to a 100% import tax on customs, beyond these platform fees, but we’re used to that here when importing stuff.
