I’d wager a guess and say that the order system is under maintenance right now since the accessories marketplace was recently added to the website with still a few issues to iron out. Definitely don’t forget to try contacting customer support too of course

They said Batch 4 orders are done and Batch 5 is active but they may be limited in inventory ATM.

They being Framework and they posted it yesterday or the day before. That all batch 4 orders were complete, that you can pre-order batch 5 for November. As far as the inventory levels, that’s just an assumption. Don’t take that written in stone. Based on other threads I’ve been reading, with relation to shipping orders and who ordered what and when, it’s a complete mixed bag right now. I can only assume because of supply constraints and logistical headaches with delivery.
