Verdict:
Wildcatlake seems to be somewhat faster in single thread, and about equal in multi-thread with the GPU coming in fairly close as well to 13th Gen U, but with Pantherlake efficiency. It’s trailing “Lunarlake” 4+4 by about 20% in MT CPU. It makes sense as the cores in Wildcatlake are only small advancements architecturally with 2 less P cores, partially countered by a better LPE implementation performance-wise for Wild/Panther chips.
On Framework 12, 13th Gen U only supports single channel memory, so it will favor Wildcatlake. The subpar design decisions are favoring newer designs, as Moore’s Law advancements always benefit lower cost, lower power, smaller devices more.

Looks like it’s showing 13% advantage for CPU and ~30-50% advantage for GPU for dual channel. 11th Gen’s Iris is same as 13th Gen’s Iris. The CPU is testing 13% faster for the dual channel too.
For GPU, if you are running games that are at very low fps like 20-25, then the gains should be closer to 50%. If you are running eSports or other games that run close to frame rates most people like to play such as 50 fps or more, then the gains will be closer to 30%.
On FW12: CPU should be 10-15% faster in ST and 15-25% faster in MT. GPU should favor Wildcatlake by ~30-50% in average. The battery life should be a lot better.
