It’s possible maybe you are limited by hardware but I don’t want to go too much into it. Maybe we should go to a dedicated thread or a different one?

Again it might be a limiter with the particular distro. Try a different one using a USB stick to see that the hardware is at least capable of going lower.

5.8W is an improvement over your original figures though.

I can see why some wants to stick to only a certain distro or away from Intel. Recent events like Age verificiation being required for all OSes in places like California is troubling. And Intel has issues with their SGX, vPro and management engine.
