So this is a very odd question but for curiosities sake I wanted to benchmark the 780m in a couple of games, but one of them in particular (Doom: The Dark Ages), refuses to launch using it, even when set in Windows 11’s graphics settings. I don’t have the empty expansion bay module so I was wondering if there is a way I could temporarily disable Windows from using it outright for sake of some bench-marking? If not it’s not a huge deal. Again this is only for the sake of experimentation and curiosity so nothing’s really lost if I can’t.
Yeah, disable it in device manager I would assume.

What GhostLegion suggested should work, but it may require a reboot to get the dGPU working again after the benchmark (which I imagine is fine for this use-case). Unfortunately, controlling what app uses what GPU is kind of a pain in the butt on Windows.
