Is there a good guide for completely taking apart and putting back a framework?

My laptop suffered an unfortunate fall which twisted the shell a bit which in turn broke the screen.

So I would need to take everything out and and put it back in a new shell. Also, what’s the minimum that I should buy? I saw this bundle but there is too much in there. I don’t need a new battery, a new bezel, and so on. The only things broken are the aluminum shell and the screen.

If you look at the Framework parts, you can purchase the top cover, bottom cover, and upgrade the screen to the new version if you want. Good thing it is completely repairable.
