Issue getting Finger print to work

guys,
followed all the instruction on this link: Fedora Fingerprint Troubleshooting

But Still can’t get finger print to work on Fedora 39 setup with AMD Ryzen 7040 Series Laptop, seems missing permission.
below error code:

everything fine until Step 3 & then got below error.

I think you just have to restart your computer and try again.

This was an issue for me in batch 1.

If disabling secure boot doesn’t fix it, you’ll need to install windows. It’s free to download and skip the serial number step.

Then you will be able to update it using the windows driver bundle provided by framework.
