The second short on your youtube, you have a loose screw bouncing all over the motherboard with the battery connected. I’m sorry man, but there is no telling what you shorted out or broke on that. And that was just from one short video. I can’t even begin to guess what else you might have done to destroy other parts of the laptop. Best of luck to ya.
I messed stuff that bad, I wonder if the warranty can save that or I’m suppose to buy a new motherboard. I’ll take responsibility no matter which way, anyways thank you for the help.
Sorry for your loss if this is the case. Just remember, the first thing you must do when working on delicate electronics is disconnect all power sources as soon as possible. In this case, make sure the battery and charger are disconnected when working on it, specially when unscrewing screws.
I killed my steam deck motherboard from a spec of metal the size of an ant poop lodging its self between two contacts of the charging circuit. Stuff happens.
