Keep the orientation of background image

Is there any way to not rotate the background image when in tablet mode and turning the device sideways? I want everything else to rotate like expected, except for the background image.

I have set “earth rise” as the background and it works both ways. If it turns it though it just gets cropped in a way which I don’t like as much.

Oh, would be interesting if someone knows how to do that.

Since it’s Linux, surely it can be done. How easily tho,
