Just assembled, Power and most function keys work but none of the main keys works.
Removed all expansion modules, Checked and reseated the ribbons under the keyboard.
Keys don’t work in the bios.
When in boot selection, only the right arrow key works, It act as a Return Key.
That Right arrow key doesn’t do anything after getting into Ubuntu
I would try re-seating both of the large flat flex cables on the back side of the trackpad:
I would also make sure the keyboard connector port is clean (i.e. there’s no debris or anything in it that would cause it to not fully seat). IF none of that works you should probably contact support.
I did that, The main one, black was glued good there. Anyway, it’s brand new out of box. I’d expect this to have been tested before shipping.
