Keyboard deflection kit customer support

I put in a support request to get the keyboard deflection kit on February 13 but I haven’t received any reply but the automated one yet.

The request form is now closed

I didn’t know this was a thing until February and I have noticed the keyboard is quite spongy and I disassembled it to confirm I didn’t have the pads installed.

So how can I get the kit? If I have to I’d cut my own but I shouldn’t have to, not sure where to stuff to cut though.
