Hey there, first welcome to the community. Please refer to the Getting Started category which will cover how to use the forum. [Framework Community Forums 101](https://community.frame.work/t/framework-community-forums-101/59702) covers the Community Support section. You have to choose a **product tag** and **issue tag** (amd-ai-300 being your product tag and keyboard-touchpad being the issue). I am looking into streamlining the forum experience so this is good feedback. As for your experience with setting up your Framework Laptop 16 RGB keyboard I will share this with internal teams as well.
