I received my AMD mainboard upgrade today, but sadly I noticed the mainboard box was pretty bent up. The mainboard as well as the parts for my upgrade where shipped in a brown envelope. I opened the box and found the mainboard was also bent. I already have a support ticket open, so I’m sure I’ll get a good resolution. I just want to bring this up here as I feel like shipping mainboards inside of envelopes is not a great idea.
