Max Amount of Expansion cards for the framework desktop?

Hello Everyone. Beginning to spec out my new framework desktop and I’m wondering what the max amount of expansion cards I can use before having to swap them out? Additionally, how many tiles can you add to the front without having any of them going to waste? Thanks in advance

There is spot for 2 expansion cards and 21 tiles

USB-C expansion cards are limited to two in the front. I got many more - almost all types - as I’m sharing them between a FW Desktop and a FW 12 and have different needs depending on what I’m doing.

There are 21 tiles on the front, which are just for optics. You can get three packs off 7 tiles and be good. Personally got more packs as I love to switch around from time to time. For the front tiles, if you’ve got access to a 3D Printer you can also print your own tiles.
