Welcome to the forums! It’s not clear to me from your post, but it doesn’t appear that the laptop you’re referring to is a Framework laptop. Given that this community is operated by Framework Computer, a laptop company, you’re unlikely to find much help with other brands here. I’d recommend trying out a more general forum.
