MT7922 mediatek wifi card wifi/bluetooth issue

I am using framework 13 amd 7840u with ubuntu 25.04 with all the latest kernel and driver versions. When i want to use wifi and bluetooth together it won’t work like when ever i connect to my bluetooth earphone the wifi stops working but as soon as i turn off my bluetooth the wifi works fine any solutions?

Issue is fixed the wifi and bluetooth both were fighing for 2.4GHZ when i switched wifi for 5GHz both works in tandem without switching wifi off but if still anyone knows any different solution please reply

Update regarding usage when both are on the wifi works but it’s highly unstable

Make sure your wifi card is setting its regulatory domain correctly. Here is the Arch Wiki page on it.

thanks I’ll look into it

Also, one more thing I forget, look into disabling power-saving on the wifi card.

If you are using NetworkManager, you can disable power-saving on your wifi card for all wifi connections by creating a file at /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/power-saving.conf
and putting in the file

[connection]
wifi.powersave=2

I think you can either nmcli g reload from terminal to apply the changes, or you could just reboot your system. You can check the status of power-saving with the tool iw, by the following:

  1. First, run the command iw dev to list information about the wifi interface. Look for a Interface wlp***s0. That wlp****s0 is the wifi interface for your wifi card. For me, for example, it would be wlp36s0 on my desktop and wlp192s0 on my framework laptop 13.
  2. Then, with the wifi interface name known, you can run the command iw dev wlp192s0 get power_save. If everything is applied correctly, you should get Power save: off.

If you have the wavemon tool installed, you could also use that to check the status of the power saving feature.

i did that at the beginning but the issue stayed when both are active
