New 16-bit post code reference?

The release notes for BIOS 3.19 mention:

  1. Supported 16bits postcode.

So it appears that there is a new blink code format, and indeed this is exactly what I see on my laptop: white, 12 green, red (orange?), and then 16 blue/green.

Is there any chance we could get an official reference for the new format? Does anyone happen to know where to look? All I am finding is the old 8-bit codes.

AMD don’t tell anyone what the codes mean.
In actual fact, the BIOS outputs them in 32 bit codes, so 16 or 8 bit is pretty much useless.
