I’m hoping someone can assist me. I purchased my laptop 13 two weeks ago. After going into hibernation my laptop won’t start up. No lights at all. Tried holding the power button for 30 secs. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. I have tried disconnecting the battery and plugging in AC power while disconnected - completely dead. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
