I’ve recently bought my first framework 13 laptop, with Ryzen ai 9 370 HX processor. I bought the laptop second hand, so installed a fresh Windows 11 OS. I installed the Framework drivers for my laptop from their website when this was completed.
I’m trying to sync my nextcloud cloud share files to my laptop but keep getting errors. I install the software but when I open a file, it then breaks the cloud connection and fails to open again until i uninstall and re-install it.
I think it could be to do with the windows cloud drivers, but not sure how to fix this.
Has anyone else managed to get Nextcloud working on their FW? What else could I try to get this sync working?
I have a NextCloud server with my own domain name and I installed the client on 3 different machines but 4 OSes (one FW13 Intell 11th Gen running Void Linux, one FW12 running Windows 11 and a workstation running both Debian 13 and Windows 11).
The only connection issue I encounter is when I am connecting to a Wireguard tunnel (as it’s really a sporadic event I didn’t take time to investigate the issue yet).
Which version of the NextCloud client are you using and which are the errors you are getting?
I am using the latest nextcloud client, version 33.0.2. I did some research on Nextcloud’s forums and other people said on certain versions the sync vitrual files wasn’t working correctly.
I downloaded an older version 33.0.1, and that fixed the issue.
