Has anyone attempted to adjust their order/shipping address through the customer service portal on the framework website? I wanted to add 2 expansion cards and change my shipping address to my work, but once I entered all of the fields and hit submit, nothing on the page changed to confirm that a work ticket had been sent.
Just got my email too, which is good because I’m starting my next heavy college classes soon and having the new laptop will be really good since my old one melted the table.
Just got my email and rushed over here to happily see many people did as well. I see this as a great sign as there were many in Batch 3 who didn’t get theirs till the end of the month. Looking forward to getting my hands actually on it.

I kind of want an explanation. Did you have the bare CPU/GPU die directly on the surface and the heat melted a plastic table? or did your laptop actually catch on fire?
same here, I thought I wouldn’t need to order for another six months, then dead hardware led me to need to buy now, and pull money out of savings… not fun, but it’s needed and will be soooo worth it.
I updated my shipping address over the weekend. The form to mail support wasn’t super clear that the message had been sent, but I received a confirmation email that it had gone through.
Also in the “preparing to ship your batch” boat. Still on the fence about the screen protector; my last laptop screen was glossy and I don’t remember it bothering me too much, but I guess I’ll see after using it for a while.
Same. I’ve got a recent Macbook Pro with the glossy screen and it hasn’t been too much of a bother. I think I’ll wait and see if the glare is a problem or not.
