Order color discrepancy on order page

I ordered the black version of FW12 (Batch 1) and everything looks good on the order summary:

However, when I look at order details, it says ‘gray’, is this a mistake or just a standard text?

I haven’t made any changes or other modifications to the order and I just wanted to check to make sure I get a black one.

I think you ordered the gray version. Batch 1 Black/Gray just refers to the batch, they group black+gray together, and the other colors are using a different batch timeline.

Can you click on edit and switch your preorder to black?

Thanks, that makes sense. I must have made a mistake and I’ll be getting the gray one then. I couldn’t decide between them anyways.

You can still change it in your Account > Orders
