I’m not sure where to start trouble shooting this thing. I’ll try swapping the USB-C modules around to see if that does anything. Where can I find crash logs? Or some other place to start looking to chase this error down? thanks!
Is that with something connected to the USB-A port? The problem might not necessarily be with the laptop, Could be the USB device you have plugged in causing the problem. You can try checking the system log in the windows event viewer but windows isn’t all that helpful with giving good logs to find a problem.
What all do you have connected to the ports when it it is in use? example, USB mouse, charger, etc etc
