I had the same issue, what I did is to uninstall LXQt and install Plasma KDE. IDK why this fixed it.

I still have this issue on NixOS 24.05 using the latest kernel and disabling power to the bluetooth chipset.

Have you tried kernel 6.6? That worked for me until I swapped out my wifi card.

This is now fixed as of kernel 6.10.x
