Hi, I am trying to return my laptop, and I have not gotten any emails from support. After unboxing, I realized this wasn’t for me. Does anyone else know if there’s another way to contact them besides the support form?

How long has it been since you submitted the support form?

It is the weekend now, so probably need to wait till monday, tuesday to get a response.
The FW support is something like 9-5 mon to friday. I don’t know which timezone though.
The most reliable method to get to support is via their fw support web site form.
FW do a 30 day, no questions, return, so if you have sent the request to support under the 30 days limit, you should be ok. The return process does take a while, maybe a week or two.
Note: i am just another user like you.
