Rotation has stopped working in tablet mode (Fedora KDE, Kinoite)

Hello,

My Batch 6 FW12 is running Fedora KDE (Kinoite, kernel 6.18.13-200.fc43.x86_64). Everything was working great until maybe a week or so ago when the display stopped rotating when entering tablet mode.

Can anyone else confirm this regression? Is there a known fix or workaround?
