I just updated my Fedora 43 install to the latest kernel (6.19.9-200.fc43.x86_64) and have discovered that my dGPU will no longer turn off when it’s not in use (it stays in d0 and does not enter d3cold). Is anyone else experiencing this? Using nvtop temporarily (is not used to determine if dGPU is on or not, just to determine what’s using the dGPU) confirms that nothing is using it (other than nvtop, naturally).
Nevermind, it looks like nvidia drivers were causing an issue despite not having an nvidia card installed.
