How I can know which ones are in my laptop? I read that those may have newer parts than mainboard (11th gen intel).
I am considering buying a better hinge to solve display falling during motion issue, but I am not sure which to choose - 3.5kg vs 4kg. So it would be helpful to know if I have 3.3 or 3.5kg.

I have a B–Stock kit (actually bought two of them, one for a client through) I believe they all came with the original hinges. There was a picture someone shared a long time ago that showed a subtle difference between the original and the updates. You might try searching the forums a little.
Mine are decent but I could see where a stronger hinge would be better especially if the device moves around while open. For sure the 4.0kg hinge would be an update I don’t know any drawbacks other than having literally a stiffer hinge and it being a little too bouncy possibly?

Now I see that it falls sometimes on a stable surface. So, it has to be original, under spec
