Suggestion for official knowledge base documentation on manufacturer's post code bits

Hi, pardon me if this is an incorrect place in the forum to post this.

I just spent a good amount of time decoding and interpreting the manufacturer’s post-code bits that follow Framework’s custom blink code diagnostic for a 12th gen mainboard. The Framework Laptop 13 Blink Code Diagnostic knowledgebase page states that “these are post code bits determined by our manufacturer and can be ignored in the troubleshooting process”. This statement may be true for mainboards under warranty that will be RMA’d, but correctly interpreting post code bits could be essential for troubleshooting and repairing a mainboard that is not under warranty. There are numerous Reddit posts and Framework forum posts about decoding post code bits, and many comments are incorrect and misleading. I understand that writing official documentation is time-consuming and expensive, but I believe that Framework should prioritize documenting the post code bits given how important they are to troubleshooting a mainboard.

Bumping this. Postcode bit docs are essential to enthusiasts who want to repair semi-dead boards from Mystery Boxes too. I would expect a manufacturer like Framework to make this sort of thing publicly available unless there’s some third party that’s fussy about it…? I don’t see why that would be the case though.
