If anyone has been following my posts they would know I am in Australia, with multiple of my designs requiring mechanical testing I need a framework laptop, but I cannot as I am in Australia. Please, I’ve brought this up before but got no response. I will happily pay for any extra fees even if I do not get support. (thank you Nirav for contacting me)

Essentially or if anyone at the company would be able to take this on, from Nirav it’s a no so more than likely a 3rd party will deal with it.
