Thai keyboard

My Ryzen AI 300 Batch 2 arrived in the UK yesterday, with a Thai keyboard.

I believe Framework is the only vendor anywhere who will sell a laptop with Thai keyboard layout outside of Thailand! I’ll never understand why Apple/Dell/etc. won’t let me order their Thai keyboard SKUs when the non-stocked SKUs are shipped from presumably the same overseas warehouse/factory.

Just a minor comment about this: the picture of the Thai keyboard on the web store shows an ISO layout, whereas the actual keyboard is ANSI. I was a bit confused looking at the store image since the backslash seems to appear on the same physical key as Enter, and besides I’ve never seen an ISO Thai keyboard. Glad to see the correct layout when I opened the box!

Unfortunately, Im trying to purchase the framework laptop today and the Thai keyboard is no longer available.

The response from support said. They don’t know the future availability and cant comment on the plan in the next phase. This is the deal breaker for me. I wish I place the order sooner.

Ps. I live in Australia.

I am not seeing Thai keyboard either.

I’m starting to suspect that Framework only ever shipped one Thai keyboard, to me…
