I don’t believe single-piece flat cables provide the best signal integrity. That is if I recall from the testing community members did in the FWL16 dual-ssd expansion bay to oculink thread. I believe, in here, [community.frame.work/t/oculink-egpu-works-with-the-dual-m-2-expansion-bay-module/62273](https://community.frame.work/t/oculink-egpu-works-with-the-dual-m-2-expansion-bay-module/62273).
