# \[TRACKING\] Framework13 Keyboard has intermittent keys

A quick update:  
Now it is solved with the help of the framework support with providing the following steps:  
0. Giving the keyboards a thorough check and clean and reconnect the touchpad cables

1. Reset the BIOS
2. Mainboard reset  
and test functionality by [https://keyboard.frame.work/test](https://keyboard.frame.work/test) each step.
