Do you see any new cracks with your latest replacement?
I was one of the first to report the issue and had a replacement unit early on. Got a replacement pretty soon. It was more in the spirit of giving them a unit to analyze instead of expecting an immediate fix. The replacement unit cracked as expected.
I then decided to wait with the next replacement until after there were user reports (since FW does not really communicate) that gave me reasonable confidence that the issue was sorted out. I reached out last week and got my replacement today. It says manufacture date 08/2025. Seems really odd - don’t think they fixed it by then, but we’ll see. Fully expect having to waste time with this issue again soon.
@Eagle can you tell us the manufacturing dates from when the issue was definitely fixed?
