This issue is back for me. I’m still running Ubuntu 22.04 with the 6.5.0-1022-oem kernel. The only other new sign of trouble I’ve noticed is that updating the APT package index now gives a bunch of messages like this:
W: Skipping acquire of configured file 'linux-firmware/binary-amd64/Packages' as repository 'http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy-proposed InRelease' doesn't have the component 'linux-firmware' (component misspelt in sources.list?)
