Trackpad multiple clicks

I have a recurring issue with my trackpad. Occassionally, the trackpad starts registering multiple clicks on a single click. I have replaced the input cover but the problem persists. Framework says it’s software related.

So, if it is software related, how can I test this? I am running NixOS. Is there a service I can restart to see if the trackpad issue goes away?

Sorry hear about that. I know this won’t feel like a solution, however have you tried booting from another distro.

The idea is to test if this is a Nix issue or a hardware issue.
