Realistically, it should have been a Microsoft corporate / Azure AD support ticket, not Framework. …wrong tree…
It’s not Framework’s responsibility to support all TPM use cases in 3rd party software.

The error message points to a hardware issue, but instead of trying to help framework threw up their hands and effectively said “not my problem, go away”. As I said it’s early days for them. I also was actively troubleshooting concurrently with Microsoft’s inept support. I’ve bought multiple laptops from framework, and have had other issued that took them MONTHS to admit were their hardware.
First world problem I guess: Never trust anything on a screen.
