# Ubuntu 21.04 Bluetooth not working and Wifi slow to connect

OS: Ubuntu 21.04  
Kernel: 5.14.0-051400-generic  
wifi: Non vPro

Bluetooth issue:  
I am able to find my bluetooth device, Sony MX4s, but when I go to connect it never shows up as a device in my sound settings. Another observation is that once connected I cannot disconnect the device. I need to remove it completely

Wifi issue:  
The wifi is horribly slow to connect to my wifi on wake up/restart/boot

In [this](http://community.frame.work/t/using-the-ax210-with-linux-on-the-framework-laptop/1844) post they recommend kernel version 5.12 for best compatibility, and mention that Bluetooth had regressed in 5.13.4

I have had success with mint after switching to the 5.12 kernel
