This thing has literally been around the world with me, and it’s got a few scars in the process, but it’s completely functional and generally a joy to use and tinker with.

1. Top cover with gen 1 screen and webcam module, Lavender Bezel
   1. Screen has two unusual visible marks, besides some light keyboard marking. I don’t usually notice them when I’m using the laptop, and have tried to show them clearly in the photos. They are easy to see in person when the screen is off
   2. Top cover has some cosmetic damage on one corner
2. Bottom chassis with original battery, speakers, etc.
   1. Chassis has paint wear all-around, and one cosmetic corner dent
3. 7840HS mainboard and cooling, PTM replacement completed

So, my gut price for everything is $2300 USD, based on a survey of other used sales, and prices of random stuff… but every FW16 is pretty unique and I included a bunch of random stuff that you might not even want, so please don’t hesitate to make an offer.

If you buy the whole bundle for the proposed price, I will include shipping (terms below), and my proposed local pickup price is $2150 USD.

I know a few commenters on other posts have shown interest in buying without RAM or storage and maybe this laptop could be a particularly great deal if you skip the RAM and one or both SSDs (obviously they are a big part of the price and I can find a use for them ).

In fact, I’m happy to entertain offers for arbitrary combinations of parts. Just let me know what you’re interested in! Some parts offers I may pass on due to shipping difficulty or risk (loose screen or heatsink, for example), but I don’t mind making extra trips to the post office, finding boxes, or editing this listing as parts disappear.

I can accept PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo for payments. Cash is of course welcome if you are local to Northeast Ohio.

I knew I would forget something, and it was pretty big! I completely forgot about a charger

Anyway, I am including a 180W charger and cables. I have power cables for US and the Netherlands (and elsewhere in Europe), depending on what you need. Charger is pretty scratched from the floor of my studio, but the cables are in good condition (USB cable is relatively new)

I’ll also change up my proposed terms a bit: making the local pickup price $150 cheaper and covering shipping if you actually buy the whole bundle. International shipping is okay with me, but I won’t cover any customs charges or duties that may be charged on arrival in your country, or ship to countries that aren’t on Framework’s list.
