I used the upper left USB-C with a docking. I’m using two dockings. The Anker 565 USB-C Hub and the UGREEN Revodok Pro 313.
The docking is used for Ethernet, LG 32” 2560x1440, ASUS TUF 34” 3440x1440, Keyboard and mouse.
Power delivery comes from an Anker Prime Power Station 250W.
It worked more or less perfect. With the Anker 565 I had some flickering with the ASUS screen (DP) and with the UGREEN the LG turns off with “no signal” from time to time (HDMI).
But yesterdau it broke completly with no reason. The LG went off and stayed off. tried to unplug and plug it in back. The ASUS went of again. I try to summerize …
I tested both dockings, changed the cables. The tried the second USB-C Port on the Framework and it worked out of the box again.
Changed the position of the two extension cards. Upper left still does not work. But all others working.
If I plugin the HDMI directly to the upper left with the HDMI extension card it works as well.
I’m a bit puzzled what happened.
Does the USB-C on the mainboard partially die? Because Ethernet and peripheral still work?
