Hi, i have just seen the presentation of the new solution for cooling electronic without emiting any sound : ionic cooling.
The company curently presenting it is Ventiva.
I think it is real early but it could be a good thing to consider a new replacement for the fans in the laptops lineup ?

They needed like 4 of the modules to get a bit over half of what the current fan on the fw 13 can cool (though to be fair they were more quiet doing so).
Probably an improvement compared to the piezo based thing from last year but still not all that suitable.
Also same as with that one the shape is a bit of an issue for integrating into a framework as they keep the mainboard consistent across generations and assume a round fan so putting a rectangular one in there will lead to reduced space efficiency.
