Frequently I use a Sandberg hdmi to USBc card to grab video sources like DSLR in. Would this fit in a Expansion card?

I think there have been discussions before with their result being that space would be very tight but it might be doable with a larger card (similar to the ethernet card). Try searching for ā€œHDMI captureā€ or similar.
